Talking is Hard for Me! --- Available this August!

The book my aunt Linda wrote and I illustrated is printing as we speak.  :)  It shows parents / caregivers methods to use that help kids who have difficulty talking.  The book reads like a children's story, but has hints for adults.

I spoke March 5th -- at the U of MN.

And March 17th at the Walker Art Center. 








A lot of family, professors, and art friends came out to support me.  I ranted for awhile -- and loved every minute of it all.  THank you!!

  

THE NOUN SHOW!

My Photography class at Holy Trinity had their first show this spring.  They titled it 'The Noun Show' -- focusing on capturing people, places, and things in their photos.  They worked hard.  It looked great. 

NASHVILLE -- Fine Arts Trip!

March 22-26th Mr. Bierer [band director] and I [art teacher] took 60 kids to Nashville, TN.  It was a quick but lovely trip.  We hit up Grand Ole Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame, TN Museum, Beale Street in Memphis, Graceland, and even stopped to tour the U of MN Art Department on the way home.  Great kids.  Fun trip.  Here was our blog:  http://fineartsht.blogspot.com/
